Line of Credit

Fees and Charges

The finance charge for a line of credit loan is calculated on sum of amount of actual daily balances each day during the billing cycle divided by the number of days in the billing cycle. We will assess interest for each periodic billing cycle on your account by applying a daily periodic rate of 0.890% to the average daily balance of your account for that billing cycle. This corresponds to an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 325.00%.

• We may charge the maximum delinquency charge (or late fees) authorized by applicable South Carolina law if, after ten (10) days you have not paid the minimum amount due as reflected in your periodic billing statement, subject to five percent (5%) of the unpaid amount of the delinquent minimum amount due.
• NSF fee of $30 will be charged for each returned ACH payment.
• You will be required to pay 2.00% of your total outstanding principal at the end of each billing cycle along with any past due amount, applicable interest, and fees.

Open Line of Credit

The maximum line of credit is $3000.00. The amount of credit you may obtain may vary based upon a determination of your ability to pay, and your payment history us. The term of the loan is open-ended. As the loan is re-paid a corresponding amount of credit will be made available.

• Your line of credit payments will typically be scheduled around your pay days; either bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. With each payment, you have the option to pay only the minimum amount due, or you can pay an additional amount to pay down your balance quicker. There is no penalty for early payoff.
