What happens if I default on my loan?
Your account will be sent to our in-house collections team, who will work with you to set up a payment arrangement. Once your loan is paid in full, you will be eligible to reapply. Pay off any past due balances by logging into your account or calling 888-942-3360. Missed payments can happen, we are here to help you get back on track.
Do you accept Social Security Income?
Yes, we accept Social Security, retirement and pension.
How do I reset my password?
Why do I need to add security questions to my account?
Net Pay Advance is increasing the security of our customers’ account so that your data is even better protected. Multi-factor authentication in the form of security codes for when customers login and security questions are a step in that process. We know that it’s frustrating but trust us that this small inconvenience is a huge step in your data protection. Find more information about online security.
How soon can I reapply?
If your loan is paid in full via debit card, you can reapply the same day the loan is paid off. If your loan is paid in full via electronic check (ACH) you will be able to reapply in four business days, after your payment has cleared the bank.
How to apply for loans online?
Apply for loans online right from our website. If you are a new customer, you can complete our application in a few minutes. Our application will ask for information such as your name, address, income source, and a few other questions. Once complete you will receive a decision instantly. If you are an existing Net Pay Advance customer or have previously applied, you can login to your account and reapply directly from your customer portal.
How will I know if I’m approved?
Applicants will receive an instant decision after applying. The decision will be visible on the thank you screen and will be sent to the email provided. There are three decision options: approve, deny, or verify. Pending verification simply means that our decision engine was unable to make an approval or deny decision and is being sent to our customer service team for manual review.
What qualifications are required to receive a short-term loan from Net Pay Advance?
We look at many aspects in order to approve applicants; including, but not limited to a bank account in the applicant’s name that must be open and active for at least 30 days, that the applicant is at least 18 years old, and that the location of the application is in one of our licensed states.
Why wasn’t my online loan application approved?
Unfortunately, we are not able to approval all loan applications due to a variety of reasons. You are eligible to reapply 60 days from your original application date.
Why does the application say “user already exists” when I try to apply?
Our system recognizes that you are already an existing customer or have previously applied with Net Pay Advance. To proceed with your loan application, login to your account using your email and password. If you don’t remember your login credentials, you can click “reset password” and follow the prompts or reach out to customer service for assistance at 888-942-3320.
What is going on with my loan that needed verification?
Loan applications that require verification go to our trusted customer service team for manual review. We review those as quickly as possible and will communicate any updates with you directly. You can speak with a customer service representative during our business hours by calling 888-942-3320.
What happens if my loan is approved after the cut-off time on Friday or on the weekend?
If you have a valid debit card on file, your funding time won’t be affected by the ACH funding cut-off time or bank holidays. If you don’t have a valid debit card on file, loans that are approved Friday after 7:30 PM PT/5:30 PM CT through Sunday will be funded the following Tuesday. Usually around 10 AM CT/PT, depending on your bank.
How come I wasn’t approved for more money?
Our underwriting processes take several factors into consideration when determining approved loan amount. Foremost, loan amounts are compliant with state regulations of the applicant. Additionally, we review applicant information to the best of our ability with the goal of providing necessary funds that will not over-extend the borrower.
Does Net Pay Advance check my credit score?
Most short-term lenders, including Net Pay Advance, pull at least some sort of data to verify applicant-provided information and determine a decision on applications. This process may include a soft credit check. A soft credit check is different from a traditional “hard” credit check because it is only visible to the borrower and the inquiry falls off after 30 days from the original inquiry. Most importantly, it’s not harmful to your credit score. Net Pay Advance understands that applicants are more than their credit score, which is why we don’t use your score as a factor when determining approval.
Can I re-apply after hours or on the weekends?
How soon do I get my money?
We are excited to offer instant funding to new and return customers. Applicants must provide a valid debit card to be eligible. Approved funds are directly deposited instantly, 24 hours a day/7days a week/365 days a year! No debit card? No worries. We will directly fund your account via ACH. Funding time depends on when your application was approved. If your loan application was approved by 7:30 PM CT/ 5:30 PM PT, you will receive your funds the next business day, usually around 10:00 AM CT/PT for most banks. Loans submitted after the 7:30 PM CT/5:30 PM PT cut-off on Friday through Sunday will receive funds on the following Tuesday. National Bank Holidays delay ACH funding by one business day.
What time will I receive my funds?
Those with a valid debit card on file are eligible for instant funding and will receive their approved funds within minutes. Those that do not have a valid debit card on file will receive their funds directly to their bank account the following business day, typically around 10 AM CT/PT. National bank holidays and weekends do affect funding times by delaying one business day.
Why wasn’t my loan instantly approved?
If an approval or denial decision cannot be made during the initial underwriting process of an application, it is sent to customer service for additional verification. Applications requiring additional verification are reviewed manually by our customer service team and completed as quickly as possible. Once we have more information on the status of your loan request, communication will be sent to you directly. You can also reach out to customer service for an update regarding your loan request.
Am I eligible for instant funding?
All approved loans with a valid debit card provided are eligible for instant funding. Please note that not all debit cards accept instant funding. If a debit card is ineligible or we don’t have a valid card on file, approved loans will be funded via ACH on the next business day.
Your site says you offer instant funding, how come I wasn’t instant funded?
We attempt to fund all approved loans instantly if a valid debit card is provided. If your loan was not funded instantly, then it is due to the debit card provided not supporting instant funding. Loans that are not funded instantly will be funded via ACH on the next business day. If you would like to try to instantly fund a different debit card, please contact customer service.
What does a “state-licensed direct lender” mean?
Basically, it means that we are legally allowed to offer loans within states that we are licensed. Additionally, it means that our loan processes and procedures must follow both state and federal regulations. We undergo internal and external audits to ensure that our processes are secure and compliant, creating a legit lender for consumers.
Can I change my loan due date?
Customers can log into their account to extend their due date up to 3-5 days past their original due date, depending on their loan type. Please note that you must follow the prompts to sign new documents that reflect your new due date to confirm the extension.
What is a PTP?
PTP stands for “Promise-to-Pay”, which is essentially an agreement to repay a past due balance over one or more payments to get your account back in good standing.
