What are your requirements?

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legal residence in a state where we are licensed to operate. We operate in California, Kansas, and Texas.
  • Bank account for longer than 60 days.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proof of income (paycheck or benefits).

What is your decision based on?

Each application is reviewed individually to determine if we are able to extend a loan to the applicant. While there is no specific formula for a decision; our underwriters use all information from the application to reach a result.

Loan due dates are determined by the applicant’s pay dates and on loan repayment regulation determined by the state.

No. Since Net Pay Advance does not pull credit scores for our loan application, we do not report to credit bureaus with payment history. The good news is that our products will not hurt your credit either. Additionally, we do not use a credit score to determine if an applicant is eligible for approval.

Loan amounts differ state by state and are regulated by state legislature. Each application is reviewed and depending upon qualifications are presented an “up to” maximum amount. Amount may also be dependent on product type, including payday loan, installment loan, and line of credit.

Payments are run on the due date determined with the information above. Free due date extensions are available of up to 3-5 days depending on each loan type. These extensions can be set up to 24 hours before the loan due date by logging into your account.

All loan deposits are funded via ACH to the bank account information on file. If that bank account is linked to a debit card, a customer can use their debit card to spend the funds.

Yes and no. We can accept a payment of your loan with a prepaid card, but we do not fund to prepaid cards.

Yes! We offer same day funding to both new and return applicants that have a valid debit card on file.

Unfortunately, we cannot. Due to privacy concerns, we are unable to acquire this information from the bank over the phone without the customer included in the phone call.

Net Pay Advance is not able to verify information over the phone with your bank on your behalf. In order to verify updated information, the customer must also be present in the phone call.
